Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Non-Profit Strategy and Operations to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to support the growth and sustainability of our non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning and operations within the non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of non-profit fundraising strategies and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
