Job Overview: As a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our investment team, providing support in the analysis and evaluation of potential investment opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential acquisitions, as well as monitoring the performance of our current portfolio. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential acquisitions
• Assist in the due diligence process, including property inspections, lease reviews, and financial document analysis
• Prepare investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investors
• Monitor and track the performance of our current portfolio, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement investment strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to inform investment decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of acquisitions and financing deals
• Participate in the development of annual budgets and long-term investment plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of real estate valuation methods and financial concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Experience with real estate databases and market research tools is a plus
