Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage consulting projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key business issues and develop actionable recommendations.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organizational strategies, processes, and systems.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in your area of specialization to help drive business growth.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, working with global organizations.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas, such as strategy development, organizational design, change management, or process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and drive results.
Willingness to travel as needed.
