Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing innovative curriculum for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives, and meets the needs of our diverse student population. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum, course materials, and instructional resources that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure curriculum is relevant and engaging for our students.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
• Create learning objectives, assessments, and other instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and objectives.
• Develop and implement evaluation procedures to measure the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary improvements.
• Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience and create engaging and interactive curriculum.
• Stay informed about current educational practices and incorporate them into curriculum development.
• Train and support instructors on the effective implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure curriculum meets the needs of our diverse student population.
• Continually evaluate and update curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development principles and best practices.
• Experience in developing curriculum for a diverse student population.
• Knowledge of educational technology and its application in curriculum development.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
