Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Engineer to join our team. As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing technical expertise and support throughout the entire customer journey. You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing support and solutions to their technical inquiries and issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients to effectively showcase the capabilities and features of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements, and develop customized solutions to meet their specific business goals.
• Work closely with the product team to identify and communicate customer feedback and product enhancement requests.
• Provide technical project management and support for client implementations, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or bugs reported by clients, and escalate complex issues to the engineering team when necessary.
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to assist clients with utilizing our products effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and proactively share knowledge and expertise with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, professional services, or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of software development and system integration methodologies.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites to provide on-site support when necessary.
