Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are neatly displayed and shelves are fully stocked.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet individual and team targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required, including cash handling and store maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is an asset.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and products is an asset.
