Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and implement curriculum strategies that align with organizational goals and meet the needs of our target audience
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum development
Create and maintain curriculum design templates and standards to ensure consistency and quality
Develop and maintain curriculum development timelines and budgets
Review and provide feedback on curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives
Work with educators to ensure that curriculum materials are accessible and engaging for diverse learners
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum strategies and make recommendations for improvements as needed
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in curriculum development and instructional design to continuously improve our curriculum offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or training setting
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
Proven track record of developing effective curriculum strategies and materials
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using technology for curriculum development and delivery
Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus
