Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Game Programmer to join our team and help us create exciting and engaging games. As a Game Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing game mechanics, systems, and features. You will work closely with the game design and art teams to bring their ideas to life and ensure a smooth and seamless gaming experience for players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and debug game mechanics, systems, and features using C++ and other programming languages
• Collaborate with game designers and artists to develop and implement game ideas, mechanics, and features
• Ensure the game design and mechanics are balanced and fun for players
• Optimize game performance and memory usage for different platforms
• Write and maintain technical design and implementation documentation
• Identify and fix bugs and issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve game development processes and tools
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior programmers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Game Programmer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in C++ and other programming languages such as C# and Java
• Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• In-depth understanding of game development principles, including gameplay mechanics, graphics, AI, and physics
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, debugging, and testing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for gaming and staying updated on industry trends
