Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Pipeline Builder to join our dynamic team. As a Data Pipeline Builder, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines to support our company's data-driven decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, to ensure the smooth flow of data across different systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines to support data processing and analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify and integrate new data sources into existing pipelines to enhance data quality and completeness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, proactively identify potential problems, and implement solutions to prevent data disruptions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, including data flow diagrams, data lineage, and data dictionaries.
• Ensure data security and compliance by implementing data governance and access controls.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data pipeline performance by optimizing processes and utilizing advanced data processing techniques.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest data pipeline technologies, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting languages like Python or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
