Job Overview: As a Private Equity Fund Manager, you will be responsible for managing our private equity fund and overseeing all aspects of the investment process. You will work closely with our investment team to identify potential investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and manage the portfolio companies. You will also play a critical role in fundraising and maintaining relationships with investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the private equity fund and ensure its growth and profitability
• Source, evaluate, and execute potential investment opportunities
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis to determine the potential return on investment
• Negotiate deal terms with target companies and manage the transaction process
• Monitor and manage the performance of the portfolio companies
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors and provide regular updates on the fund's performance
• Participate in fundraising efforts and assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify new investment opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior team members and provide strategic guidance to the investment team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or CFA qualification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Excellent knowledge of the private equity industry and investment process
• Proven track record of managing a successful private equity fund and delivering strong returns to investors
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to travel as needed
