Responsibilities:

Provide legal support and assistance to the legal team in all aspects of legal services.

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and prepare reports for the legal team.

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.

Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals to gather information and assist with case management.

Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and databases.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

Assist with the preparation of legal presentations and materials for internal and external use.

Monitor and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.

Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing expense reports.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal support role.

Knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and legal databases.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.

Certification in Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies is a plus.
