Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Program Director to manage and oversee our organization's education programs. You will also be in charge of managing a team of educators and ensuring that our programs are meeting the needs of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Oversee the development and delivery of educational programs, including curriculum design, materials creation, and training for educators
• Manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address the educational needs of our target audience
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education, incorporating innovative approaches into our programs
• Develop and manage budgets for education programs, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, community organizations, and government agencies, to enhance our education programs
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings related to education and advocate for our programs and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in education program management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of educational theories, principles, and best practices
• Experience developing and delivering educational programs for various age groups and audiences
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to improve program outcomes
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using technology and educational tools to enhance program delivery
• Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting
