Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing educational programs and materials that align with our organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in curriculum design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of current educational practices, industry trends, and audience needs to inform curriculum development strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning outcomes and develop course content that meets those objectives.
• Design engaging and interactive learning experiences that incorporate a variety of instructional methods, such as lectures, group activities, and multimedia.
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure the success of the curriculum and make necessary improvements.
• Create and maintain a curriculum development timeline, ensuring that all deliverables are completed within established deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and instructional design to continuously enhance the curriculum.
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from participants to improve the curriculum's effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to instructors on how to deliver the curriculum effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technology, to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with organizational objectives and delivered through appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proven experience in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences, both in-person and online.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with subject matter experts.
• Proficiency in instructional design software, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or Camtasia.
