We are constantly expanding our operations and are seeking a highly motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for managing the entire fulfillment process, from receiving orders to shipping them out. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming orders from our online platform
• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently
• Prepare orders for shipping by labeling, packaging, and loading onto designated carriers
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in compliance with company standards
• Maintain inventory levels and update system records accordingly
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet our standards
• Communicate with various departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
