Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development activities to design and develop semiconductor devices with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define device specifications and requirements.
• Utilize advanced software and tools to simulate, analyze and optimize device performance.
• Design and develop semiconductor device layouts using CAD tools.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of device designs, specifications, and test results.
• Perform device testing and characterization to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any design or process issues that may arise during the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance device performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor device design and development.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, materials, and processes.
• Proficiency in using CAD tools for device design.
• Experience with semiconductor device simulation software.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and design of experiments (DOE).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
