Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design training materials, including instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and other learning assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for training materials.
• Utilize instructional design principles to design and develop effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training needs to determine the most appropriate training solutions.
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Continuously review and improve existing training materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide guidance and support to trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts on instructional design best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and tools is a plus.
