Job Title: Education Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our educational programs, from curriculum development to implementation and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs and curriculum in alignment with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and curriculum specialists to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences for students
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to meet the evolving needs of students and the organization
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of educational staff, providing support and guidance as needed
• Manage the budget for educational programs, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and efficiently
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations to enhance the impact and reach of our educational programs
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs and services
• Analyze data and prepare reports on the progress and outcomes of educational programs, presenting findings to stakeholders as needed
• Act as a liaison between the organization and families, providing information and support regarding educational programs and services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to educational programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program development and management
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
• Passion for education and a commitment to improving educational outcomes for students
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
