Job Title: Materials Packaging Coordinator

Position Overview: As a Materials Packaging Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of materials for our company's products. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing inventory levels, and overseeing the packaging process to ensure high-quality standards are met. You will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining packaging materials, as well as monitoring the packaging process to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the production team to determine packaging requirements for each product.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels of packaging materials to ensure availability for production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source and purchase packaging materials at competitive prices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for packaging processes.
• Oversee the quality control of packaging materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor the packaging process to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Conduct regular audits of the packaging process to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement packaging strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a packaging or supply chain role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
