Position: Slot Machine Technician

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slot Machine Technician to join our team at our thriving casino. As a Slot Machine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all slot machines on the casino floor to ensure they are running efficiently and providing an excellent gaming experience for our patrons. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance on all slot machines, including cleaning, repairing, and replacing parts as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with slot machines and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine inspections of slot machines to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with gaming regulations
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on slot machines
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate slot machine maintenance and repairs during non-operational hours
• Train and mentor junior technicians on slot machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
• Stay up-to-date on new slot machine models and technology to ensure efficient and effective repairs
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Slot Machine Technician in a casino environment
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining various types of slot machines
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certification in Electronics or a related field
• Experience with slot machine software and computer systems
• Previous experience training and mentoring junior technicians
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
