Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the community and promote our organization's mission and values.
Plan and organize community events, workshops, and other activities to increase awareness and participation.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify community needs and develop initiatives to address them.
Build strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance our organization's visibility and impact.
Conduct research and gather data to identify potential partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
Create and maintain a database of community contacts and partnerships.
Develop and distribute marketing materials to promote community events and initiatives.
Manage social media platforms to engage with the community and promote our organization's activities and events.
Monitor and track the success of outreach programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on community outreach activities and results to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach or related role.
Strong understanding of community engagement principles and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
Experience in event planning and organization.
Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
