Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and anticipate their needs
Plan and coordinate various events and special occasions for clients, including travel arrangements, dinner reservations, and gift purchasing
Research and source products and services according to clients' requests and budget
Handle all administrative tasks for clients, such as scheduling appointments and managing personal calendars
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal shopping needs
Manage and maintain household budgets for clients and handle bill payments
Ensure all client requests and tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery to clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or luxury service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and online research tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of local area and resources is an asset
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
