Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for photography and a keen eye for detail. As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for selecting, editing, and enhancing images that will be used for various marketing materials, social media platforms, and publications. You will work closely with our team of photographers, graphic designers, and marketing professionals to ensure that our visual content is of the highest quality and aligns with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and edit photos for use in various marketing materials, social media platforms, and publications
• Enhance and retouch images to meet brand standards and creative direction
• Collaborate with photographers and graphic designers to ensure visual consistency and quality
• Maintain an organized and efficient digital asset management system
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve quality and efficiency
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Assist in developing and implementing visual content strategies
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for visual content based on target audience and marketing goals
• Participate in photoshoots to ensure proper lighting, composition, and image quality
• Monitor and adjust color, exposure, and other technical aspects of images as needed
• Ensure all images align with company brand guidelines and standards
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in photo editing software and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in photography, graphic design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Photo Editor or similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong understanding of color correction, image manipulation, and retouching techniques
• Strong eye for composition and detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of digital asset management systems
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their image requirements
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photo editing skills
• A passion for photography and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and techniques
