Portrait Photographer

As a Portrait Photographer, you will primarily work in a studio or on location, depending on the client's needs. You may also be required to travel to different locations for photo shoots. This position may require working on weekends and evenings as per client availability. You will also have to carry and set up equipment, which may involve standing for long periods and some physical exertion. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Portrait Photographer to join our team. As a Portrait Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality portraits that accurately represent the personality and essence of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their portrait needs and vision
• Collaborate with clients to select the appropriate location, props, and poses for their portraits
• Conduct photo shoots in various settings including indoor and outdoor environments
• Ensure that the lighting, composition, and overall atmosphere of the shoot are optimal for capturing the best portraits
• Direct and guide clients during the shoot to achieve natural and flattering poses
• Utilize top-of-the-line photography equipment and techniques to capture high-quality images
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and overall quality
• Deliver final edited photos to clients in a timely manner
• Maintain a portfolio of your work to showcase your skills and attract potential clients
• Stay up to date with the latest photography trends and techniques to continually improve your craft

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your portrait photography skills
• Proven experience as a Portrait Photographer or similar role
• Proficient in using photography equipment and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, lighting, and other technical aspects of photography
• Ability to build rapport and establish a comfortable atmosphere with clients
• A passion for creativity and a desire to constantly improve your skills and techniques
