Position: Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning materials for our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality training materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials, including instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and determine the most suitable instructional methods and delivery formats.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Utilize various authoring tools and learning management systems to create and deliver training materials.
• Manage the review and revision process of training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs through assessments and feedback surveys.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and other team members on instructional design principles and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to design and develop effective training materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia development is a plus.
