Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our educational programs, ensuring that they align with our institution's goals and objectives. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the academic team to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the institution's goals and objectives
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure that lesson plans and teaching materials are up-to-date and in line with the curriculum
• Monitor the progress of students and provide guidance and support to teachers to address any academic concerns
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of educational programs and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as educational organizations and community groups, to enhance the institution's educational programs
• Plan and organize educational events, such as workshops and seminars, to promote continuous learning and development for students and teachers
• Stay updated with current trends and developments in the education field and incorporate them into the institution's programs
• Manage the budget for educational programs and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget
• Train and mentor teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge in teaching and curriculum development
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new teachers, ensuring that they are aligned with the institution's values and goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High level of organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software programs
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting a positive learning environment for students and teachers
