Position: Network Infrastructure Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure. As a Network Infrastructure Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of network engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's network infrastructure, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other network components
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
• Manage a team of network engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and information
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology to make recommendations for continuous improvement of the network infrastructure
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services are delivered
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on network performance, issues, and future plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure management
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex network solutions
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are preferred

Working Conditions: This is a Full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required for network maintenance and upgrades. The Network Infrastructure Manager may also be required to be on call for any network emergencies.
