If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Education Program Manager.As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all educational programs within our organization. Your main goal will be to ensure that our programs are aligned with our mission and vision, and that they effectively meet the needs of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's mission, vision, and objectives
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop program goals and objectives
• Design and implement comprehensive educational programs, including curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Manage program budgets and resources efficiently
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to support program implementation and expansion
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches
• Continuously identify areas for program improvement and implement necessary changes to ensure program success
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance program offerings
• Develop and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in program evaluation and data analysis
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
