About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting buyers and sellers in the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and help them find the perfect property or sell their existing one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions
• Conduct market research and stay updated on current real estate trends and property values
• Advise clients on the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Show properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information about the property's features and neighborhood
• Assist clients in negotiating and finalizing property deals
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the buying/selling process
• Prepare and submit all necessary documents, such as purchase agreements and contracts
• Attend networking events and actively promote the company to expand the client base
• Continuously educate yourself on the local real estate market and industry regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field preferred
• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and real estate software
• Valid real estate license required
