We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for excellence and has a strong background in production management in the chemical industry.As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our chemical production operations. This includes managing a team of production technicians, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment, and maintaining high levels of quality control. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing production plans and strategies to meet company goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of production technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of production tasks
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all production equipment and processes, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet company goals and targets
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of raw materials to support production needs
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards and specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• Develop and maintain production budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, implementing new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management in the chemical industry
• Strong knowledge of chemical production processes, equipment, and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing production plans and strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
