Position: Virtual Learning Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing virtual learning programs for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and interactive virtual learning experiences for our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning, and virtual learning technologies. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to design and develop virtual learning programs that align with the organization's learning and development goals.
• Utilize virtual learning technologies, such as virtual classrooms, e-learning platforms, and video conferencing, to deliver high-quality and engaging virtual learning experiences.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of virtual learning programs, including but not limited to scheduling, user access, and technical support.
• Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of virtual learning programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in virtual learning technologies and incorporate them into our learning programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and clients on utilizing virtual learning tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of virtual learning programs with other learning and development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and job aids to support virtual learning programs.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, such as learner satisfaction and program completion rates, to measure the success of virtual learning programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to virtual learning programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or virtual learning.
• Strong knowledge of virtual learning technologies and platforms, such as Adobe Connect, Zoom, and Articulate Storyline.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing engaging and interactive virtual learning programs.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in creating and delivering virtual training sessions and webinars.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
