Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop satellite systems and subsystems, including payloads, antennas, and other components
Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for satellite system design
Define system requirements and create technical specifications for satellite systems
Perform system integration and testing to ensure the functionality and performance of satellite systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to satellite systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of satellite systems projects
Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into satellite systems design
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for satellite systems
Develop and maintain system documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and test plans
Participate in satellite systems design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in satellite systems engineering
Strong knowledge of satellite systems design and development principles
Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools for satellite systems design and simulation
Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
Must be willing to travel for project-related work
