Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on various types of machinery, including troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts as needed.
Monitor the performance of machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with machinery.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the machinery is meeting production needs.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each piece of machinery.
Work with the procurement team to order replacement parts and maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Machinery Technician.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call if needed.
Must have a valid driver's license.
