Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of client needs, goals, and financial data to provide tailored banking solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective banking strategies for clients
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized and proactive support for their banking needs
Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, promoting BankVault's services and capabilities
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all services are in accordance with legal and ethical standards
Participate in networking events and conferences to expand BankVault's reach and attract new clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services to meet client demands
Train and mentor junior consultants to enhance their knowledge and skills in banking services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking services, preferably in a consulting role
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
