Position: Director of Education Programs

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education Programs to join our organization. As the Director of Education Programs, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our education initiatives and ensuring the success of our educational programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of all education programs, as well as managing a team of education professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record of program development and management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of education professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations
• Identify and establish partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to expand the reach of our programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all education programs are aligned with our mission and values
• Oversee the planning and execution of all education programs, including curriculum development, scheduling, and logistics
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, students, and community leaders
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and manage the education program budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs
• Serve as a spokesperson for the organization's education programs, representing the organization at conferences, events, and media appearances

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in education program development and management
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing educational programs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education
