Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and contacts within the commercial real estate industry.

• Negotiate deals on behalf of clients, including purchase and lease agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
• Active real estate license in Baku, Azerbaijan.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional real estate markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful deals and satisfied clients.
• Proficient in using real estate databases and other industry-related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
