Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the performance and stability of our company's infrastructure systems, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Proactively implement upgrades and modifications to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement new infrastructure solutions to support business needs.
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks to ensure the integrity and security of our infrastructure.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure systems, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure systems.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for critical infrastructure incidents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience with server administration and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Proficient in scripting and automation languages such as PowerShell and Python.
Familiarity with cloud computing, specifically AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
