Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead and coordinate all aspects of the shipbuilding project, from design and construction to delivery and commissioning
Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget
Manage communication and relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards
Oversee the selection, training, and performance of project team members
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to drive project success
Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipbuilding project management
Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to delivery
Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, including design, construction, and commissioning
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in managing budgets and resources
Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
Proficient in project management software and tools.
