Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to design and develop instructional materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and analyze training needs and requirements
• Design and develop interactive and engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and job aids
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective and efficient learning experiences
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Apply instructional design strategies to enhance learner retention and transfer of knowledge
• Implement various instructional methods, such as scenario-based learning, simulations, and gamification, to create an immersive learning environment
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Work with trainers and facilitators to ensure seamless integration of instructional materials into training programs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training materials with company branding and messaging
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
• Experience with video editing and graphic design software is a plus
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of learning management systems and experience with online course delivery is preferred
• Familiarity with agile project management methodology is a plus
• A portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects is required.
