Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clothing Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire clothing manufacturing process from start to finish, ensuring all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time
• Collaborate with designers to develop and execute production plans that align with the company's vision and goals
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality materials are obtained
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resolving any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular quality control checks at all stages of production to ensure products meet company standards
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement innovative production techniques
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet changing demands and deadlines
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clothing manufacturing, with a proven track record of successfully managing production processes
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, production methods, and quality control processes
• Experience with sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using industry-specific software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
