Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing learning solutions that enhance the overall learning experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences for employees, utilizing various learning methods such as e-learning, instructor-led training, simulations, and gamification techniques.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop content that aligns with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the most effective learning solutions for different employee groups and roles.
• Develop and maintain learning materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant guides, and job aids.
• Implement learning management systems and other technologies to support the delivery and tracking of learning programs.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning solutions, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, to ensure learning programs are aligned with company culture and values.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance and innovate our learning programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
