We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Fellow.

Job Summary: As a Senior Fellow, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's mission and vision forward. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of researchers, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building partnerships with key stakeholders. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our organization and influencing policies and decisions at a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of researchers and provide guidance and support in designing, conducting, and analyzing complex research projects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research in your area of expertise and publish high-quality articles, reports, and other publications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other research institutions.
• Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events, and deliver presentations on our research findings.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, and provide them with opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in your field, and identify potential areas for future research and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Think Tanks or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting and leading research projects.
• Proven track record of publishing high-impact articles, reports, and other publications.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in building partnerships and collaborations with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for making a positive impact through research and innovation.
