Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of sustainable development strategies and initiatives, based on industry best practices and local needs.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify key sustainability issues and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including community members, NGOs, and government agencies to develop partnerships and initiatives that promote sustainable development.
• Plan and coordinate community engagement activities, including workshops, events, and educational programs to raise awareness and drive action towards sustainable development.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of sustainability initiatives, and make necessary adjustments to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and organizations to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration in the field of sustainable development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in sustainable development to continuously improve our practices and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sustainable development, preferably in a non-profit or international development setting.
• Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and practices, and experience in implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex sustainability issues.
• Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships with stakeholders and community members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
