Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage investment deals from start to finish, including deal origination, due diligence, negotiations, and execution.
Provide expert financial advice and solutions to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals to expand our network and generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and compliance, to ensure effective deal execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and investors to pitch investment opportunities and secure deals.
Manage a team of analysts and associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to develop their skills and capabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring.
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex investment deals.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
