Position: Production Team Leader

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Production Team Leader to join our dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing team. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production line and ensuring that all production targets are met within the given time frame. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with production staff, quality control, and management to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve daily production targets and meet quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and identify any issues or delays, taking corrective action to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all products are manufactured within the allocated time frame.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and take necessary steps to address any quality concerns.
• Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, providing updates on production progress and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain, maintenance, and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of materials and finished products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
