Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing educational programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop innovative and engaging curriculum materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives for various educational programs
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to determine the most effective instructional strategies and delivery methods
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, training manuals, presentations, activities, and assessments
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to curriculum materials to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all curriculum materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of curriculum materials with company goals and objectives
• Train and assist instructors in implementing curriculum materials effectively
• Serve as a subject matter expert for curriculum-related inquiries and provide support to instructors and learners as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Proven experience in developing curriculum materials for a variety of learning formats (e.g. online, in-person, blended)
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other e-learning tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Prior experience in the education or training industry is preferred
