Position: Professor of Education

Location: Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: USD: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

Education Level: Doctorate Degree in Education or related field

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in education, with a focus on your area of expertise.
• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops that promote critical thinking and inspire students to excel in their academic pursuits.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct research in your area of expertise and publish scholarly articles, books, and other academic works.
• Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field of education.
• Serve on academic committees and contribute to the development of new programs and courses within the education department.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the learning experience for students and promote interdisciplinary approaches to education.
• Develop partnerships with schools, organizations, and communities to provide opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of education.
• Participate in community outreach programs and initiatives to promote the importance of education and its impact on society.

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level.
• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of education, such as early childhood education, special education, educational leadership, etc.
• Proven track record of conducting research and publishing in reputable academic journals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
