Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing engaging and effective training materials for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop effective and engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, videos, job aids, and other resources
• Utilize instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices to create high-quality learning experiences
• Employ a variety of instructional techniques such as simulations, scenarios, case studies, and games to enhance learning and retention
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure course materials are error-free and meet all design specifications
• Work with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing training materials to ensure they are current and effective
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning technologies and instructional design methodologies
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment of learning objectives with business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or business environment
• Proven experience in developing and designing e-learning courses and other training materials
• Proficient in instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia development is a plus
