Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Education Coordinator. As the Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide quality education to our community. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the educational programs and services offered by our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with our organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of educational programs and services
• Identify and assess the educational needs of our community and develop strategies to address those needs
• Create and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our organization's programs and services
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and volunteers to support the delivery of educational programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and manage budgets for educational programs and ensure the efficient use of resources
• Stay updated on current educational trends and incorporate them into our programs and services
• Serve as a liaison between our organization and external partners, including government agencies and community organizations
• Develop and maintain educational materials, resources, and tools for our programs and services
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational events for our community
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to educational programs and services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our educational programs and services through various channels, including social media and newsletters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program coordination or a similar role
• Strong understanding of educational principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
• Knowledge of current educational trends and practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
