Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's information systems and data from potential cyber threats. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and breaches, ensuring the overall security posture of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems and networks for potential security breaches, intrusions, and unauthorized access
• Analyze security logs, network traffic, and other security data to identify and investigate potential security incidents
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to prevent and mitigate cyber threats
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate potential security vulnerabilities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and measures to protect our systems and data
• Perform regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
• Respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely and effective manner, and take necessary actions to contain and mitigate the impact
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and vulnerabilities, and continuously improve our security posture
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the state of cybersecurity within the organization
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of our systems and data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of network and system security principles and best practices
• Experience in conducting security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• In-depth understanding of common cyber threats, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
