Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our company's facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their daily tasks and schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring top-notch facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintain necessary permits.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for maintenance projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and implement new technologies and techniques to improve facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer programs and software related to facility maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available for emergency maintenance issues as needed.
